About Course

The Business Digitization, E-Commerce and Funding Readiness Program is a comprehensive training designed to prepare entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and startups in Bayelsa State to operate, scale, and attract funding through digital transformation.

This program brings together experts from the public and private sectors to teach participants how to digitize business operations, leverage e-commerce platforms, understand government-backed financing tools, and position their businesses for sustainability and growth.

At the end of the course, learners will:

MODULE ONE: Getting your Business Ready for Funding
Facilitator: Brown Imande, CEO, TC by Brown Module Summary: This module exposes learners to the essential steps to prepare their business for funding.

MODULE TWO: Digitizing Business for Funding
Facilitator: Sandra Fwangwen, Creative Director, BCMPIRE Module Summary: This module teaches how businesses can transition from traditional operations to a fully digitized structure. Participants will learn digital tools, documentation processes, data management techniques, and operational systems required for attracting investors, grants, and institutional funding.

MODULE THREE: MODULE 3: Secured Transaction in Movable Assets
Facilitator: Munirat Suleiman Binji, National Collateral Registry, Central Bank of Nigeria Module Summary: This module explains how Nigerian businesses can use movable assets such as inventory, equipment, and receivables as collateral for loans. Learners will understand the National Collateral Registry, its purpose, registration processes, and how it increases access to credit for MSMEs.

MODULE FOUR: Understanding E-Commerce and Getting Online
Facilitator: Emmanuel Ezeoka, CEO, Subway Infrastructure Lab Module Summary: This module teaches the fundamentals of e-commerce, online presence creation, choosing platforms, digital cataloging, online store setup, customer interaction, and digital payments. Practical steps for getting any business online are discussed in detail.

MODULE FIVE: Logistics, Delivery and Fulfillment Processes
Facilitator: Dr. Sam Uche Anyamele, President, CSED Business Institute Module Summary: Learners will explore the value chain of logistics in e-commerce, including warehousing, packaging, delivery, order tracking, customer communication, and fulfillment optimization. This module prepares entrepreneurs for smooth last-mile delivery and efficient distribution.

MODULE SIX: Branding Your Business for Growth and Funding
Facilitator: Emmanuel Ezeoka, CEO, Subway Infrastructure Lab Module Summary: This module focuses on brand development, visual identity, storytelling, communication strategy, target audience alignment, and positioning a business to attract investors and customers. Learners will understand how branding influences funding readiness.

MODULE SEVEN: Government Growth and Funding Opportunities
Facilitator: Brown Imande, CEO, TC by Brown Module Summary: This module exposes learners to government funding programs, grants, intervention schemes, capacity development projects, and growth opportunities available for MSMEs in Nigeria. It explains eligibility, application frameworks, and strategic positioning.
